Sale Tax
TJ SNOW collects sales tax in states where required by law. Since the "Wayfair" supreme court case several years ago, the list of states where we have to collect has increased! In order to no be charged sales tax we will need a copy of your sales tax exemption so that we can put it on file and remove the tax prior to your order shipping.

Payment Methods
TJ SNOW accepts common credit cards for orders, but also extends credit (NET terms) to qualified customers where we have a relationship. Returns
For standard, normally stocked consumable items in standard quantities, TJ SNOW accepts returns usually without any restocking fee, assuming that the items are returned in the same condition they were sent to you. You will need to arrange shipment back to TJ SNOW at your expense. Please contact customer service at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping so that we know what to do with them when they arrive.
For special order items, items that have been installed, or items that have a warranty or calibration certificate (like a chiller, weld checker, or force gauge), if we can return the item, a restocking fee will unfortunately apply. Please contact customer service and they will be glad to help you out with the details.
