TJ SNOW is very straight forward when it comes to shipping: You need it; we will work with you to get it there.
We ship daily using UPS, FedEx, LTL and regularly via, DHL, dedicate truck, and rush courier service.
Order received before 4PM Eastern time, where the items are in stock, usually ship the same day when UPS is the carrier.
We take the time to package so that items will arrive intact and undamaged.
It is often hard to determine shipping charges before all the items are picked and packaged. So we usually are not able to provide a shipping charge at order placement, but instead it is determined at shipment confirmation.
We default to paying for the shipping and adding the charges to your invoice, but we can also ship on your account with the carrier, if needed. Please know if we ship on your account and for some reason the charges are rejected by the carrier (and therefore added to our bill), we will need to invoice you for the shipping charges.
Shipping to an address that is classified as residential (even if you run a business from there!) does cost more. Please let us know if you are shipping to an address known to be classified as residential.
Order Complete or Partial Shipments?
Our default is to ship material as it comes in ("partial shipments"). If this does not make sense for your needs, you can also choose for your order to ship "order complete" and then everything will arrive in one shipment.
We are often able to drop ship an item direct from the manufacturer when time is tight and we don't have stock. However, often these manufacturers have shipping cut-offs early in the day or require direct shipments to go next day air. Please work with our customer service group to take care of this request.
We email out detailed information each evening with your tracking information. In addition, you can view open and past orders here on the web site and see tracking and shipment details.
